Roadmap
The four phases of the build, in order, and what each one ships.
Where things stand
Hardfloor is in beta on Robinhood Chain. The core contracts are live after an internal security review, and an external audit is still to come. The $FLOOR token has not launched. The phases below run in order, and each one lists what it ships, not when.
Phase 1: the core launchpad
- Core contracts on Robinhood Chain, including the Uniswap v4 hook that runs each coin's pool and enforces its floor. The exact position math for the floor is finalized and audited in this phase.
- The launch flow and the board where coins are listed.
- Buying from other chains: ETH on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum through Relay. The buyer contract also accepts Across fills as a second route.
- An external audit.
- A capped beta, with a reserve limit per coin.
Phase 2: loans and Floor Wars
- Loans at the floor: 0% interest, terms up to 90 days, no oracle and no liquidation price. The coins behind unpaid loans are sold when the term ends, and the profit buys and burns $FLOOR. See Borrowing.
- One-click loops that buy, lock and borrow in a single transaction.
- Floor Wars, a weekly pot paid into the floors of the three winning coins.
Phase 2 has its own audit scope, separate from phase 1.
Phase 3: omnichain coins
Coins become omnichain through LayerZero. An OFT adapter on Robinhood Chain locks coins, and the same coin is minted on another chain the first time someone bridges it there. Locked coins still count as circulating supply, so the floor on Robinhood Chain backs every copy. Selling into the floor from another chain becomes a single bridge call. See Any chain.
Until then, coins bought from other chains are delivered on Robinhood Chain.
Phase 4: under consideration
These are options, not commitments:
- Floor migration for coins from other launchpads, so an existing coin can move onto a floor.
- Floors priced in stock tokens, only after legal review. Robinhood stock tokens are not available to US, Canadian, UK or Swiss persons.
